ARE WE MOVING TOO FAST?

We can now create life by manipulating our DNA, or at least somethings', DNA. I guess now we don't have to wait for the aliens to land, we are creating our own. One well known scientist boasted that soon instead of video games, we could give our children Bio-kits and they could create their own lifeforms. Of course we would have to tell them don't play with the viruses. Now anyone that has just one child, knows you tell a child don't and they do. Simple! Which is the one argument I have with God because he told Adam and Eve "don't" touch the tree of knowledge, which of course they did and God had the audacity to get pissed off about it, which being God he would have know from the beginning they would so, was he just setting us up to fail? We weren't supposed to know anything and just run around the garden eating grass and playing Hide and go Seek? Well let me tell you the trouble you can get into, playing Hide and Seek. Maybe picking that proverbial apple saved them from a lot of hanky-panky. That still doesn't ease my mind on creating alien lifeforms of things with a million legs, segmented bodies, huge jaws lull of crunching teeth and red eyes. All scary things have red eyes, so we gotta have them.
